SELL LASERS
Sell Your Laser to the Highest Bidder, Not the First Dealer Who Calls Back
Tell us what you have. Vetted buyers bid on it, blind, for 72 hours. You see every offer side by side and pick one, or walk away. The winning dealer pays our fee. You pay nothing.
See what it's worthEvery other way to sell a used laser has a hidden cost
Most sellers try one of these before they find us. Here is what each one actually costs.

eBay
What it costs
13.6%
of the first $7,500, plus 2.35% above it
before you see a dollarAs of 2026-09-13. US Medical Lasers, non-Store sellers. Percentage fees apply to the total sale including shipping and tax; a per-order fee also applies. Store rates differ.
eBay takes 13.6% of the first $7,500 and 2.35% of everything above it before you see a dollar, and the fee is the cheap part.
Your buyer is anonymous. eBay's dispute process was built for phone cases, not a 180-pound Nd:YAG on a freight pallet crossing four states. If the buyer claims damage, files a chargeback, or changes their mind, you are arguing with a support ticket about a $25,000 machine that is no longer in your building. And the dealers you were trying to avoid check eBay every morning for exactly one thing: a practice that doesn't know what its unit is worth.

Calling dealers one at a time
What it costs
1 offer
at a time, always their opening number
Each dealer you call gives you one number, and every one of them knows you have no other offer in hand.
That number is not their best number. It is their opening number, and you are negotiating against someone who prices used lasers every day. A few will offer cash. Most will steer you toward consignment, because consignment costs them nothing and costs you the next 90 days.

Dealer consignment
What it costs
90 days
exclusive, your machine off site, plus a storage bill
You sign a 60- or 90-day exclusive. The laser leaves your building. Then you wait.
No updates, no idea what it is listed for, what buyers said, or whether it is on a showroom floor or in a warehouse behind three other machines. When the term ends unsold you get it back with a storage bill, or you sign another 90 days because you are tired.

Listing sites and Facebook groups
What it costs
Your time
listing fees up front, every reply on you
DOTmed, LaserTrader, the med spa groups.
You pay to list, you write the ad, you answer the same twelve questions from people who never send a deposit, and most of the "buyers" are dealers running the math from the paragraph above. Add the wire-fraud attempts and the overpayment-check scams and the closet starts to look reasonable.

Dealers need your laser more than you need any one dealer
Used lasers don't come from a factory. They come from practices like yours, one at a time, whenever someone upgrades, retires, or closes. Every dealer in this business is short on inventory and long on buyers. When you call a dealer, you hand them that advantage for free. When you submit here, you keep it.
Questions about selling
I'm already under a consignment contract with a dealer.
Read the exclusivity clause and the end date. Most run 60 to 90 days. Set a reminder and submit here the day it lapses. We don't work around a contract you signed.
